I’ve worked in leadership development as a facilitator, trainer, presenter, and coach for over 30 years and had the opportunity to work with amazing mentors, wonderful co-facilitators, and fantastic clients. I’ve learned from everyone I’ve worked with, particularly the clients that asked tough questions.

My experience has taken me to every state in Australia and into New Zealand, ASIA, and beyond. I’ve worked with almost every industry on the planet. Construction, finance, mining, corrections, insurance, retail, banking, importing, alcohol, manufacturing, and more. Some of my favourite projects have been with prison officers and music teachers, but not at the same time.

I have a Masters Degree in Communication Management, extensive training in Neuro Linquistic Programming (NLP), and accreditations in Human Synergistics LSI & OCI, DiSC, REACH, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and Situational Leadership. I also have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
