The way you set goals can make a big difference to whether or not you achieve them. This module takes you through the S.M.A.R.T. goal setting tool and adds additional distinctions that will help you engage your unconscious to help you achieve the goal.

Our “Constructive Ladder” challenges you to stop being defensive by blaming other people, or using excuses to justify your behaviour, and encourages you to start taking ownership, accountability, and responsibility. It’s a game changer that will get your thinking and behaviour constructively to achieve your targets and outcomes.
